我现在试着可以在特定的位置找到字符串了，但是我不知道怎么确定找到的字符串在文件中的位置

累加步长啊, 一次读多少的位置

我不太懂。。

举例：
从文件头一次读入256字节，从这256字节查找特定字串，查不到读下一个256字节，直至读到的字节中含有特定字串。这时候
位置 = 256字节 * 读取计数 + 特定字串在最后的256字节中的位置
具体的实现还看你的知识程度。
你可以关注一下 fseek（）

假如我定位到指定的字符串了，我能不能直接就得到这个字符串在文件中的位置？

在buf的偏移量就是相对文件头的偏移量。
