各位帮忙看看是哪里的错误

为什么succeed=JMail1.Send ("smtp.sina.com") 里加上"smtp.sina.com"时提示服务器忙，请稍后再试!

而　succeed=JMail1.Send （“”）时提示你所发送的E_mail地址不存在，或目前失去接受功能，

我都快晕了，各位高手指点指点吧，很急的。谢谢了.
