我在运行程序时   突然弹出   窗口警告“Debug   session   in   progress,Terminate?”  
  或者   弹出“C++   Builder   is   already   stoping   in   progress,   this   will   terminate   in   progress”按了ok   又弹出"unable   to   terminate   progress"  
   
  然后程序都不能停止运行，CB也关不掉，这是什么原因   怎么解决啊？
