今天把一个程序用vs2012编译时，出现了
error C1189: #error :  This file requires _WIN32_WINNT to be #defined at least to 0x0403. Value 0x0501 or higher is recommended.     
这个错误，我在网上找遍了，也试了，还是不行，是怎么回事
那个程序用vs2008是可以运行的，我用的是win8操作系统

windows每个版本都有一个版本号
每个不同的windows版本都有一些小区别
如果你用了windows2000才有的功能，那肯定不能运行于windows98上
你通过_WIN32_WINNT来设定程序运行的windows版本
