请高手帮我分析phpmailer发送hotmail出错原因

SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host. Mailer Error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.
ps:本人在gmail邮箱等都测试通过,惟独hotmail与tom邮箱不行!hotmail用tls协议就可以发送,是否hotmail只支持tls呢?而用ssl就发不出去!
