myCell.RowNumber = this.dataGrid1.CurrentCell.RowNumber;
myCell.ColumnNumber = this.dataGrid1.CurrentCell.ColumnNumber;
label1.Text＝this.dataGrid1[mycell].ToString();
这样子吧

楼上兄弟先谢了．呵呵．虽然这个没满足我的要求，可是也满足了一半．
还有一半是，鼠标经过或点击dataGrid会出现from提示，不需要点击其它的控件的情况下．

补上一句．．最好from可以出现在鼠标的位置（这个虽然不是dataGrid的问题，可是也想指教一下）

那就在事件里添加了

是MouseHover吗．可是我怎么用的时候，选取的数据是慢了一拍．

例如：我顺着点．1 2 3 4
它出现的是 2 3 4　

不是说的经过吗？用不着 CurrentRowIndex 这个吧???
