不知c++中的cout是否能像PHP的输出字串中包含变量的功能?

不能,因为没有这个必要
双引号里是不能,但外面可以,所以没有这个必要

比如

int a=1;
cout<<"hello world 是 "<<a<<endl;

输出结果同样是
可以达到效果

若a = 100;
则输出 hello 100 word
