bmp能转成TXT?

把图片转成二进制,再写进TXT文件里

用图型转文本软件。

可以转换成‘64String’格式的文本：
    Public Function ImageTo64String(ByVal Image As System.Drawing.Image) As String

            Image.Save(M, System.Drawing.Imaging.ImageFormat.Jpeg)
