结构的声明是否一定是放在int main()之前。
如能不能这样

int main(void)
{
  struct Information
  {
    int num;
    char name;
  }person[4];
  void Input(struct Information *p);
  Input(person);
}
void Input(struct Information *p)
{
   .
   .
   .
}

看来你没有明白函数的作用域问题！

你定义的 information 结构是在 main() 函数里，不能作用在 input()函数

如果你要这样使用可以将其定义成 全局变量
