'提示，你这里关于的name字段数据类型应该不会是数字类型的，应该为字符型；如果是字符型，那则：

set rs=conn.execute("select * from telcheaklist where ["&name&"]="&leibie&"")

改为：

set rs=conn.execute("select * from telcheaklist where ["&name&"]='"&leibie&"'")

楼上的办法好，另外，我想说的是，多分支条件要用select case

还有一个提醒，不要用sql一些保留关键字来做字段。。
